I Am A 35 Year Old Woman Who Had A

I am a 35 year old woman who had a 3 level neck fusion on August 28, 2015. I have not had a fusion yet in the middle and continue to experience extreme pain and soreness. I see pain management who has me on Cymbalta 60mg , Flexeril 5mg, Mobic, Roxicodone 15 mg (these I take to work) I am a paralegal and a single mother of a 2 year old and often come in from 7 a.m. until 6 or 7:00 p.m. while in trial mode which I am currently in. Then i take a Soma and Opana ER at night. Anyway just yesterday, in addition to all of my pain, i started feeling light headed and dizzy. My vision was not blurry but hazy and when I was driving, it was even worse. I find light does not help it. It made me violent or extremely aggitated last night and normally i can stay calm but i didnt black out but I had no control over my emotions and it scared me so much I almost went to the hospital. I took a valium i have rx as prn and never take and i went to sleep. I was so groggy this morning and got to work at 8:30. I could slowly feel it coming on then started again today to a moderate level at about 10:30 a.m. I am at work now and it is hard to concentrate. I feel like my ears and head is being pushed/smashed. The vision thing is not constant but i never had it before. I am getting so tense from this I cannot even touch my bilateral shoulders without wanting to scream. Any ideas of what this may be or who i should make an appointment to see? I am preparing for a HUGE trial and really cant take off so i am hoping to fight this thing natural but if not i have a surgeon who did my C5 through C7 ACDF, my pain management doctor, my GP, or an after hours clinic? I have also read i may need an EMT. I have never seen one before.
