I Am A 35 Yr Old Female. I Have Been

I am a 35 yr old female. I have been diagnosed with Cfs (chronic fatigue syndrome) and a cavernous hemangioma in the eloquent matter of my temporal parietal lobe.The hemangioma has grown from 7 mm to 14 mm in the last year. What I'm wondering is if all these symptoms are a bi product of the mass or something else?
Extreme fatigue
Severe Headaches and pressure behind the eyes daily for 8 months.
Soreness ( muscles, legs, bones, chest, arms)
Left ear feels plugged(like water in it)
Sensitivity to light
Large pupils
Feeling like limbs and head are heavy
Dizziness, light headed
Tingling and numbness in limbs (arm, leg, foot) mainly right side. ( most often right arm.
Burning sensation on right side of face.
Trouble speaking ( words jumbling together)
Poor, poor memory. Loss of words and thoughts in the middle of sentences.
Bladder leakage and urgency.
Low blood pressure ,Drop in blood pressure when exercising .
Ridges on my nails. ( hands and feet)
Cysts inner thighs, breast, under arms
Intracranial opening pressure is 24cm
WBC is 15-21 (2 years +)
Neutrophils 70 some percent ( 2 years)
Severe and distinct Optic nerve cupping but no glaucoma and normal pressure in the eyes.
