I am a 44 yr old Female and I have been having some rectal bleeding (in toilet and on toilet tissue), I went to my physician and she checked me for hemorrhoids or a fissure and I had neither one. I also am having terrible stomach cramps (almost feels like labor pain, but not preg.) Some times the cramps or ongoing and sometimes they are sharp pains on the left lower left quadrant. My stools have also changed in color and consistency. they are now a light brown color (used to always be dark brown) and they are very soft and sometimes watery. Stools are also flat-like, not round. I have been having this for about 3 months.
