I Am A 45 Year Old Female And Have Been

I am a 45 year old female and have been ill since 2006. I have been diagnosed and am being treated for ranaurds phenomenon, sjogrens, cutaneous lupus which attacks anywhere on my body and SLE. Is it uncommon to have so many autoimmune diseases? Also my ESR is 51 in my previous blood test about a month ago it was 5, is this a concern?
