I Am A 45-year-old Female Who Wanted To Menopause Early

I am a 45-year-old female who wanted to menopause early this past March. The gynecologist stated after doing bloodwork I was in early menopause. I'd have not had any periods since March then all of a sudden two days ago I started bleeding like I was having a period. first it was light and then progressively got heavier and heavier I am on my fourth pad today I'm feeling them two total capacity before changing them. I just don't understand it is this normal for me to be bleeding like this I am not in any pain I do not smoke cigarettes and I do not take any birth control pills or hormones or anything like that. I just want to know what's going on?
