I Am A 48 Year Old Female That Is Sensing

I am a 48 year old female that is sensing a tightening sensation on my right side in the curve of my shoulder & up my neck. It is not extreme or painful; however, does have a slight tingling sensation. I had a plate put in my neck 2 1/2 months ago(5-6 & 6-7) & have non insulin dependent diabetes.
