I am a 48 year old male and the last week or so I have been feeling pain in my right testicle. Today I decided to give myself a self physical just like a woman would give herself a self breast exam. I noticed my right testicle possibly has a growth (there's a bump) when I feel around it. Should I worry that I have testicular cancer? I made an appointment to see my doctor tomorrow at 4pm. In the meantime, I'm just trying to figure out what might this lump be.
