I am a 49 y.o. Female and have had a hemorrhoid for a few weeks. I've been paying close attention and noticed tonight there is a swollen/ hard area at the perrenium, between there and vagina. No pain involved. Where should I start as far as seeing a specialist and what do you think this is? This is the first time n my life I haven't had insurance due to job loss and have always been active and in perfect health. There are no other symptoms to report. My last gynecological appt was in January.
