I Am A 49yr Old African American Female. I Had

I am a 49yr old African American female. I had been diagnosed with diabetes several months ago. I have been taking victoza 1.6 for the last 5months. Recently I started a lifestyle change of watching my caloric intake as well as sugar, carbs, fat, and sodium. I take my glucose numbers quite frequently. The highest being 143 over the last few days. Today I am experiencing dizziness, blurry vision, I can't seem to get the words that I want to say out of my mouth, my words are coming out backwards and I can't keep my train of thought. Do you know why this is happening? Also, over the last couple of days it has been difficult to draw blood from my fingers for glucose testing.
