I Am A 52 Year Old Female That Has Had

I am a 52 year old female that has had 3 open heart surgeries. My aorta valve has been replaced twice. I am in stage 3 congestive heart failure. Both right and left heart is bad. I cannot have a transplant as my ascending aorta is too calcified. I am on spironolactone and have been told that has been crucial in keeping the fluid from building up in my abdomen. I am on other medications as well and I do try to watch my sodium intake but probably not as much as I should. I cannot help but wonder what an "average" life expectancy can be at this point. I know it varies but it keeps me up at night wondering. Thank you.
