I Am A 55 Year Old Healthy Man. I Was

I am a 55 year old healthy man. I was diagnosed with a benign cyst on my epidydymis due to scar tissue from a previous fertility surgery. This surgery was more than 20 years ago. Over the years I have had flare ups with some discomfort on and off but they always subside. I have had a recent flare up that seems harder to get rid of and is accompanied by some recent lymph node swelling in the groin area. Firstly, what do you recommend as far as treatment and second, do you think this is worth another visit to a doctor to re-evaluate? Thanks
