I Am A 55 Year Old Male With A Family

I am a 55 year old male with a family history of polycistic kidney disease (pkd). I am currently being treated for CAD and taking blood thinners and diuretics.

In my past, I have had incidents where I had a painful discharge while urinating and evidence of passing blood( staining on underwear) This was generally at the same time of a strep infection. My doctor had diagnosed this as nephritis.

I had an incident lat night with frequest urination that was painful and almost entirely blood. I observed in the bowl what appeared to be solid material. For the days prior to this I had a slight backache and a slight fever.
I feel fine now and have had 12 hours of normal urination without pain or evidence of blood.
