I Am A 57 Year Old Female, Very Healthy, Don't

I am a 57 year old female, very healthy, don't eat meat. I am on synthroid for hypothyroidism and lipids for high cholesterol (genetic). I have early stage plaque in my veins. I weigh 105 pounds and am 5"4". I walk miles every day and lift weights. My only vice is a couple of glasses of red wine a day. My liver AST levels have gone from 81 to 245 in just over two months. What would spur on this sudden increase?
