I am a 58 year year old male. I have been taking 5ml of lactulose morning and evening to keep the stools soft after a bout of constipation which caused a fissure 8 months ago. I have cloudy water after a bowel movement. Stools break up easily. No bleeding, no diarrhea and no pain and a regular movement every morning. The bowel appears to empty. Any thoughts on the cloudy water? Thank you
