I Am A 59 Year Old Female Who Is Obese

I am a 59 year old female who is obese and recently started have anxiety issues. I started seeing a psychiatrist because of stress in dealing with family issues. I was prescribed Clonazepam three times a day and .5 mg of Lorazepam as needed for breakthrough anxiety attacks. I was also given 50 mg of Sertraline which I was not able to tolerate so the dose was decreased to 25 mg. I have been on the Sertraline for several months. About a month ago, I had a lesion on my back in the area of my waist that got infected and also had a sinus infection so my PCP prescribed 250 mg of Cefuroxime twice a day for 10 days. Approximately 6 days after beginning the Cefuroxime I woke up one morning with petechiae on the insides of my calves on both legs--more on the left than right. There's also a few spots on my feet. What should I do?
