I Am A 59 Year Old Male. I Have Rheumatoid

I am a 59 year old male. I have rheumatoid arthritis and take methotrexate and enbrel. I have had no side effects and feel great. Recently I noticed a small lump on my neck near my adam's apple. When touched it moves from side to side, does not hurt and is more of a blob than a lump. My question is...do either one of my medications cause thyroid problems?
