I am a 60 year old male that has a bruise on the rim of my glans. It has been there for over a year. I've seen 3 urologists and they don't even try to offer ideas/suggestions to heal the bruise; just acknowledge what it is and be gone. It occurred during some prolonged sex with my wife. I've tried corticosteroids, alleve, no activity for three+ weeks. I am now trying an Epsom salt soak 1-2 times a day for 5-6 days a week; and have been doing so for the last 2 weeks. The area is still very sensitive/painful upon touch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Robert
