Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 60 year old veteran who is anemic. I receive iron infusions about once a month due to my iron level being low. Although I've been to two oncologists, neither one of them can determine what is wrong with me. While stationed in Camp LeJun NC in the mid 70's, I believe I was contaminated with the drinking water. I've received letters from Camp LeJun regarding water contamination. I have brought this up with the doctors but they believe that is not my problem. One doctor claims that I am bleeding internally but I've had 3 colonoscopies, 3 endoscopies and one capsule endoscopy. The results on all of them have been negative. What do you think is my problem?
