I Am A 60 Yr. Old Female With Reccuring Bladder/vaginal

I am a 60 yr. old female with reccuring bladder/vaginal issues. In Feb. I had a uti 1 week after intercourse. I was treated with antibiotics and 1 flucanozole tablet to ward off a yeast infection. Three weeks later I started having symptoms of yeast and was given a second flucanozole tablet. During the next week extreme itching from my clitoris to my rectum started but I did not see any type of discharge or smell any odors. I was using an estrogen cream for dryness that i think was irritating the area and had stopped using it several weeks ago. I also used an anti fungal cream which seemed to stop the itching while i was using it , but the itching returns when I discontinue using it. Can you get a fungal infection in this area. I have been married for 36 yrs. and my husband and I are faithful to one another.
