I Am A 61 Year Old Female, Obese By 35-40

I am a 61 year old female, obese by 35-40 pounds no other major health issues except slight scoliosis and OA. I had two stents 10 years ago and another plaque rupture blocking the stented area coming into my RA heart. Triple bypass. How long do graphs usually last. I am working and feel good cholesterol stays below 200 and normal blood work.
