I Am A 61 Year Old Male In Excellent Health.

I am a 61 year old male in excellent health. I exercise regularly including weight training and cardio. However, I have been experiencing left shoulder pain and minor numbness in my hand for the past several days. It had not effected any my strength until today when for the first time as I worked out I had drastically reduced strength in my arm. I could not do bench presses or really anything that involved using my left arm. I have taken Alieve and Extra Strength Tylenol but neither seem to be effective in relieving the dull pain that is almost constant and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Suggestions? - Rick Ponds, Brentwood, TN, YYYY@YYYY .
