I am a 63 year old adult male, 6' 2'' I am over weight, about 300lbs . Have type 2 diabetes and other small conditions. For the past 6 months , my testes have been very sore, with constant inching and burning. I have not had any sexual activity with my wife for over 10 years. My wife has been my only sexual partner.
