I Am A 63 Yr Old Female. I Am Obese.

I am a 63 yr old female. I am obese. I have COPD, and chronic lower back pain due to three bulging discs and scoliosis. My dr. has taken me off pain meds containing opioids. I was taking 5mg. 325, hydro codons. What would be a good medicine for me to take for my pain. I am stage 4 copd. I can't walk 25 ft. without losing my breath.
