I Am A 66 Year Old Female Who Has Recently

I am a 66 year old female who has recently called 991 on myself while pulled over in my car. After drinking a frozen lemonade and having a brain freeze, my heart went into arrhythmia. Spent the next 6 hrs in Emerg hooked up and monitored and finally after hours I was given an IV infusion (lasting an hour) of a drug to correct my heart rhythm. My heart rate went from 150-190 beats a minute and I had so much trouble just breathing. It was an extremely frightening experience. Could my cold drink have caused this to happen? I was not stressed out or under any pressure at the time. Thank you!
