I Am A 69 Year Old Female With Recurring UTI

I am a 69 year old female with recurring UTI and kidney infections. Through tests with urologist, the X-ray confirmed hoeshoe kidney with left renal stone and right renal cyst. I also have lichen sclerosis which is managed by a gynecologist. So, what's up with all of the infections? This last 3 weeks seems to have been the worst...on Sept. 17th, I started a regimen of Macrobid for 10 days. On Oct. 15th, the relapse. This time, Ciprofloxacin, Pyridium and a dose of Fluconazole. Today is the 20th, I'm beginning to feel better, but this has been very painful this time.. It happens too often and I don't what to do to avoid this. Can you help?
