I Am A 69 Year Old Man That Woke Up

I am a 69 year old man that woke up with severe muscle pain. First, it hurt in my arms, then it went to my shoulders and now it feels as if it is jumping around. Feels like stabbing in back but has definitely went more to my neck and arms. It seems like the symptoms change but always in arms, chest and neck area. I have had MRI's done and I am taking Norco for the pain and Ibuprofen in between to be able to stand the pain. One definite thing is it feels as if it is "attacking" when I sleep. The pain is severe. A lot worse when sleeping. Even if during that day. I can not sleep more then 1 hour at a time. Please help.
