I Am A 69 Year Old Woman Not Sexually Active

I am a 69 year old woman not sexually active since husband of 30 years died in 2014 and am suffering from swelling of clitoris ,labia to anis. itching swelling soreness and raw feeling sensitive to touch. have been tested by more than one physisition or gynecologist and their results have been inconclusive. have been suffering from symptoms for more than four years now. please help
