I am a 69 yeas old female and this week a large lump about the size of a quarter and about an 1" thick has formed on the left side of my vigina lip. It does not have a head or anything that resembles a forming head. It is just red and hurts very badly. I have soaked in epsin saltz and soda, put an antibotic cream on it and used campho but nothing is helping. I can hardly walk it hurts so .
