I am a 71 year old woman who isn't in the best of health. I have RA, Fibromyalgia, Epilepsy ( although I haven't had a seizure since January, 1984. I also have COPD and Syrrosis of the liver (from all the medicine I take and have taken over the last 14 or 15 years). I don't drink, except for an occasional glass of wine which isn't much and I don't smoke. I also have Congestive Heart Failure. Anyway, last Friday I was helping my husband with a project and I was standing up on my couch and as I went to get down I caught my foot on something and went back about 2 feet and hit the floor landing on my tail bone, ( which I have had surgery on my lower back), my right arm and my head. When I first stood up I got a little dizzy, but it went away, not without a headache. My tailbone was hurting and my arm was really painful. Well, I brushed it off and figured nothing seemed broken, so if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? So now, my upper right arm is covered with a bruise that is close to wrapping itself around my arm and a constant headache. I also get dizzy quite a bit and lose my balance. I am afraid I am going to fall again. I don't know if my back is hurting from the fall or if the fall affected at all. My back always hurt.
