I Am A 75 Year Old Active Male With A

I am a 75 year old active male with a duration of pain in the intercostal tissue near the sternum and clavicle. I have seen my primary physician once about six months ago, had a chest x ray and then a MRI bone scan. At that time the results were normal. Now I have more pain in a larger area and what I perceive to be swelling in the upper ribs. Could this be a sign of sarcoma?
