I Am A 79 Year Old Female With Myasthenia Gravis,

I am a 79 year old female with Myasthenia Gravis, I have been taking Transplant Rejection Drugs (Cellcept) to fight the Myasthenia for about 6 months. I have a lot of external hemorrhoids. For the past few months, I have experienced watery diarrhea, loss of appetite and a lot of bleeding at bowel movements. I have about 8 to 10 bowel movements per day now. I went to the Endoscopy in November and had a stool sample done. It did not show any infection or reason for the diarrhea. I have a lot of pain associated with the bowel movements. What should I do?
