I am a HBs Ag positive for last 05 years. Recent clinical test shows my SGOT 59, SGPT 131 . In previos test in the month of Mar it were 21/28. Ultra sound shows my spleen enlarged to a size of 13.5 cm. Ultra sound remark is mild spleenomegaly. Liver is normal and no focal lesion and Normal in echo texture.
What treatment and care I have to take to get my SGOT and SGPT to normal. I have no any habit of consuming alcahol and for last 05 years I am not taking egg/meat. Kindly advice. Thanking you, T. Joseph.
