I Am A Caregiver For A Friend With Colon Cancer

I am a caregiver for a friend with colon cancer that spread into her sacrum. Other than the original surgery almost 2 years ago she has declined any treatment. She has extreme pain in her sacrum and hips, numbness in her feet and reduced feeling in her legs. She has to do enemas daily and wears pull ups as she has no sensation of when or if she is peeing. My question is this, assuming it isn’t in her liver or lungs what should we expect her to experience as this progresses? She weighs about 82 lbs and is 5’4”. Totally bedridden for months and unable to walk at all for about 2 weeks. Thank you for your answer.
