I Am A Chronic Pain Patient On Opioid Pain Medication,

I am a chronic pain patient on opioid pain medication, I also suffer from severe social anxiety and panic attacks, for which I was prescribed Klonopin, about 6 months ago I was taken off the Klonopin and began taking the opioid pain medication for my anxiety. As a result I am abusing and craving the pain medication and it has become a huge problem. What do I do? What treatment options are available to me? Should I tell my pain management doctor? What if they take away my pain medication?
