I Am A Combat Veteran That Suffers From PTSD, One

I am a combat veteran that suffers from PTSD, one of my Mental Health Providers at my local VA Clinic stated that she feels I have Adult ADHD also and thinks best course of action would be to treat the ADHD first due to the effects that can have on PTSD recovery, that has not gotten any better. Stated that the VA will not allow her to prescribe any meds for ADHD. I went today to a local Express Care and Doctor stated exact same diagnosis and did prescribe a medication that I did have before that VA will not allow to be prescribed. How do I locate a Psycologist in Springfield, IL that deals with both issues so that I can start to live a normal live? Only thing that clears my head and makes things fall together with blank frozen parts come together is not something a lot of doctors like to prescribe. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
