I am a diabetic, I have Coronary Artery Disease, I had open heart surgery CABG about 9 months ago, plus I am a little over-weight and desperately want to improve my health naturally and since I am taking many blood pressure meds, blood thinners, diabetic insulin every day. My Cholesterol is down to 143, my A1C is down to 7.0, However, I need to loose my belly, buttocks and leg fat. What would you recommend?
