I am a diabetic and take metformin once a day 500 mg I also have fibromyalgia and worked a vey stressful job. I am exhausted and hope that magnesium will help with my energy ,sleep muscle pain and my high blood pressure. I have been on many meds for my fibromyalgia and it caused side effects some were pancreatitis I am scared to take new meds for this but I do not want to stop working and feel like giving up at times and the again refuse to, but I am exhausted. Will magnesium help me. I also have high cholesterol and take meds or that,
