I am a drug user street drugs and have been haveing very very pungent strong smelling pee that smells very strang and burnt like a rotten burnt smell when i quit useing it takes about a week or 2 for the smell to fade i know the drug's are very bad for me but i never has them do this before and i have used on and off for 10 years im 29 yr femail also 6 years ago i had lithateippsy surgery and they did did a scopy in my kidneys told me i had alot of debris floting around and they asked for more testing but i never went. What could this be a sign of and do i need to worry
