I Am A Female 81 Years Old And I Suddenly

I am a female 81 years old and I suddenly became sick with a creatinine level of 1.9 then after changing my diet, and drinking 3 quarts of water per day, it dropped down to 1.7 then on a recent blood test it was down to 1.28 but my blood pressure rose to 190 over 96 and has remained high for the past 7 days. I've been on high blood pressure medications for the past 30 years (Lisinopril 40mg). My doctor has tried changing my high blood pressure medication several times in the last 3 weeks but all the medications including Lisinopril do not lower my blood pressure or eliminate the swelling in my feet. Now my doctor has me on a very strict diet of fresh raw vegetables and fruits, nothing with potassium, phosphorus or sodium. I do not have any pain but need to keep going as I am my 91 year old husband's full time caregiver. Strange, he has perfect blood pressure and is extremely healthy. I need some help.
