I am a fit 69 year old male who has recent discovered he has calcium deposits on some arteries around the heart -calcium score 1446. I run, swim, gym work out and do Bikram yoga regularly.

I also have higher blood pressure (now under medication and averaging about 135-40 /75-80)

A recent stress test showed there is no blockage to blood flow in the arteries.
What can I do to remove the calcium
