I Am A Healthy Adult White Female, Age 46. I

I am a healthy adult white female, age 46. I have no current medical issues. I live in ID. About 8 years ago I was diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed Ritilian, it for sure worked but I stopped taking it because I didnt ever want anyone to know I had ADHD and I hated taking pills. Even though they worked, I thought I could do it on my own without taking any meds or at least try the natural route, neither worked. Ritilian worked! I am on no meds and am very healthy. My prob is (I've been in denial) my symptoms have been obvious to everyone that knows me, but a lot say, "thats just how she is" However, the few that know (family members) encourage me to get back on my meds., referring to Ritilian. I'm worse now because I'm going through a lot of stress. Recent breakup which leads to financial problems as well, I am broke at the moment. This breakup has left me cleaning up a lot of messes I was not even aware of (finding out he was not a straight arrow) and left me in a lot of debt as everything is in my name due to his poor credit. But the absolute worst of it all is my sister, my best friend, died unexpectedly in Oct. I'm having a terrible time with this. (Maybe I should look into Prosac as well???) My daughter said to me, "Mom, you're like a browser with a hundred different windows open." that sums it up perfectly. Friends and family members have made similar comments as well. I know they are right. So my choices are A. Climb the walls or B. take medication every day. I have decided to get back on them. I live in fairly small town and my ex is a Respiratory Therapist at our hospital which is connected to all the docs in town. Although a HIPPA violation, he has accessed my records not once but twice. Cant understand why he still has a job because I did report. Anyway, thats why I'm reaching for a doc on line. Where do I start? How do I get this medication? I'm assuming I'll need to be "re-diagnosed" as it has been 8 years since initial diagnosis with CA doctor (I dont even remember his name). Advice???? I'm uninsured and broke at the moment as I am going through a breakup, so the stress is making my symptoms worse, I need to get "regulated" fast and I know this will help a lot. I know as well this drug along with Adderall and the like are abused and sold on the street and I'm certain you get a lot of "drug seekers" so I dont know how you can tell whos legit and whos not??? Anyway, doesnt hurt to ask. So I'm here checking this out, I thought I would at least start here because I've never done anything like this (sought an online doctor) Honestly I'm asking myself, "How legit is this?" and "Are these real doctors?" I mean no disrespect, I'm just being honest. Everybody knows the internet is full of scams. People can write anything and make false claims etc... Again, I mean no disrespect. I'm wondering also with this medication being a (used to be called "triplicate") how does a patient fill it if there is no written rx to take to pharmacy?
