I am a home health Rn in Kansas. The auditor who recently audited our agency wants all drugs to have all patient medications to have actions of each medication.. Most of them we know or can research but there are a few that we cannot find. Simple, everyday OTC med which is a vitamin Leutin/Zeaxanthin 25/59. This is a supplemental vitamin for the eyes mainly but we cannot find the actual action. Is it a mineral?
