I Am A Male 67 Yoa. I Fail, Skinned My

I am a male 67 yoa. I fail, skinned my left leg, but now having pain in front left shoulder and tingling in left little finger and the finger next to it. I had four disc replaced March 28, 2015 as a result from another fall. Do you suspect anything drastically wrong? I am trying to make an appointment with my Dr. as a follow up on surgery. Or do you think I may have sprained, pulled or twisted something. I am trying to be positive about his because of my age.
