I Am A Male Age 49 Years Old. Over The

I am a male age 49 years old. Over the past six months I have been working with a nutritionist to reduce my overweight. I started my program at about 270 pounds and I'm six feet tall. I have dozens of small to medium sized lipomas all over my body and have for many years. I've lost about 30 pounds now, and was hoping that the lipomas would begin to shrink and go away, but so far they have just become more prominent as I have lost weight. Should I expect that they will go away? Or is surgery my only option. I did have three removed from my forearms about 10 years ago because they had grown large and became painful and unsightly.
