I am a male patient, 75 years old, healthy, with prostate cancer history with father at my age. My psa has sl owly increased over the last 10 years from 2.0 to 4.0 as of March 2015. But a test in Sept 2015 results in a PSA reading of 5.46. I understand that the reading increases with age but is this reading considered a concern.
