I am a man, 65 years old, Tennis instructor with lots of energy normally and very mobile. I have chills, hot one minute and cold the next, but no fever detected by a thermometer. All my joints are aching and I can tell something is very off. Cannot seem to do anything but try to sleep. Any ideas?
