I Am A Massage Therapist - I Have A Client

I am a massage therapist - I have a client that has kidney problems off and on and another client that has never been diagnosed with kidney problems but I recently observed when I was using a mild pressured stroke called effleurage that under the superficial skin layer her fair skin would turn red as I passed over it with my palms during effleurage. Is there any relation to kidney problems and this under the skin reaction to the massage stroke?? Both women's skin had this same red blood under the skin look after this stroke....
