I Am A Migraine Sufferer - Having Sharp Pain On

I am a migraine sufferer - having sharp pain on left side of head when going up stairs or walking more quickly than usual woke up with a headache today and nausea but subsided with the exception of this sharp pain that occurs when I doing any activity that requires a little exertion. Been going on all day off and on depending on activity I see a neurologist on a regular basis said it could be a nerve. I have neck stiffness and upper shoulder - was in a draft from office air conditioning yesterday which seemed to start the headache I had this morning.
