I Am A Migraine Sufferer. Normally, The Migraines Announce Themselves

I am a migraine sufferer. Normally, the migraines announce themselves with classical symptoms like loss of vision, tingling etc. I had an unannounced migraine (I think) last Friday. Did not take medication since it was already too late. But now this has lasted for a week. No exteme headaches, just pressure on my forehead and behind the eyes. It feels like something weird is going on in my head. I am queasy almost all day and generally unfomfortable. The only daily medication I take is Zopliclone 7.5mg but have been on that for quite awhile. Any ideas?
