I am a n african lady aged 48 years. Widowed 12 years ago being mum of two boys(26 and 23) former critical care nurse. Currently not employed for 11 years. Frm no where started having dark feet than rest of limbs with pain frm ankle joints. Pain was more under the feet on the soles . Feet were swelling and was put on low dose frusemide. Was having chronic fatigue despite good restful nights which is getting worse. Whole body aching. Esr last week was 27. Been taking piroxicam then changed to diclofenac. Has low bp and was once put on florinef. Had hydronephrosis and j - stunt inserted. Moderate asthmatic on fluticasone and ventolin. TAH done fo fibroids. When bruised spot takes long to heal so got marks on face though light in complexion. Has stiff painful muscles and bone joints in the morning which lessens as day goes picking up in the evening. Allergic to milk, pork, pollen, house dust ,horse hair and elastic elastic such that its difficult to put on pants What could this be
